To ensure color accuracy and compatibility, we encourage the purchase of a memo sample before purchasing yardage. 

Each memo sample is cut to approximately the size of a dollar bill. We cannot guarantee representation of all aspects of fabric design or color variation in memo samples. To capture the full color and design of a fabric, we recommend purchasing a full vertical repeat, which is typically a fraction of a yard. Please contact us to order fractional yardage.

Select fabrics do not have a memo sample purchase option due to the nature of the pattern repeat or to avoid compromising any embroidered threads. 

Orders usually ship within 2 business days via UPS or Fedex. Fabric orders may be folded or rolled on a cardboard spool.

Returns
We do not accept returns for items that have been cut to order. This includes fabric and trim sold by the yard, as well as memo samples. 

We have a 30-day return policy for items that are not sold by the yard or are not custom made, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an eligible return, please contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
